I’ve been working on Real Estate Investment Funds (REIFs) for a long time. I’ve been trying to explain that REIFs are a great option for investors, both tax-wise and for safe investing. There was a lack of official statements from the government on this topic, but now one has finally been made. These funds have so many advantages. If you don’t have enough capital for a real estate investment and want a better return than regular savings, these funds, regulated by the Capital Markets Board (CMB) and managed by professionals, are perfect for you. Plus, they’re great for obtaining citizenship through real estate investment. By investing $500,000 USD and not selling the fund shares for three years, you can get citizenship. These funds are periodically valued under CMB supervision, so you don’t need a valuation report when buying, which removes the risk of buying below value and ensures a secure investment.
We plan to include only commercial real estate in our funds, so you’ll keep earning rental income throughout your investment. Unlike traditional residential investments, you’ll be making a profitable choice with a revenue-generating model. Thanks to annual real estate valuations and increasing rental income, the value of your shares will also go up.
